Sushi: utopia or reality in Brussels?

Sushi lovers, Brussels has something for you. But be careful: often the most advertised is not the best one. Let's give a look to the sushi restaurant that we have tested.

[a] Sushi. Well located in the city centre, at 30 of Avenue des Celtes, this restaurant with the most eloquent name offers original tradition sushi, just with a touch of european taste. The problem is the price, which not proportioned to the modest portions. On TripAdvisor it gets three stars, and we think it's an appropriate rating.
[b] Yama Sushi. In Avenue Georges Henri 223. Not the most traditional japanese sushi, but for sure a very good experience. It is a very popular restaurant, so in the weekend it's recommended the booking of the table in advance.
[c] Makisu. Rue de Bailli 5. Original concept that mixes the traditional japanese cuisine with something like fois-gras or chili peppers. Then, after that, it proposes sushi in a fast-food way. People who like to sit and eat in complete relax may not appreciate it, but the food is very good and worths the try.
[d] Louis Sushi. Brusselbaan 102, Ixelles. This one is not very well located, but a good reputation made it a destination for sushi lovers of the whole city. We appreciated the kindness of the reception and the service, the quality of the food and the balance price / quality. Maybe it's the best sushi we have tasted in Brussels.
